Product Description

 

A superheater is a component that heats saturated steam in an industrial boiler, turning it into superheated steam. Our superheater guarantees that the superheated steam temperature will fluctuate to within an allowable range (normally varies from 540ºC to 550ºC) when the boiler is over loaded.

 

Superheaters and reheaters are important parts for the heating surfaces, used to increase steam temperature, aiming to improve steam enthalpy and further to increase the thermal circulation efficiency for power station.

 

The function of superheater is to heat saturated steam into superheated steam of some temperature. The superheater is divided into rear platen superheater, final superheater, vertical low temperature superheater, horizontal low temperature superheater, etc. according to its layout and heat transfer mode.
