Product Description of Boiler Fin Tube
1.Finned Tube Heat Exchangers consist of a shell and finned tubes assembly.
2.Fins are used to increase the effective surface area of heat exchanger tubing.
3.Finned tubes are used when the heat transfer coefficient on the outside of the tubes is appreciably lower than that on the inside;as in heat transfer from a liquid to a gas, vapor to a gas ,such as steam to air heat exchanger, thermic fluid to air heat exchanger, when an extended surface is needed on only one fluid side or when the operating pressure needs to be contained on one fluid side.
Types of Boiler Fin Tube we can manufacture
H fin(stainless)
Spiral(stainless)
Bare tube(stainless)
Spiral(CS)
H fin(ND-steel)
Integrated(CS)
H fin(CS)
Serrated(CS)
Principle of Boiler Fin Tube
• H fin tube is a kind of boiler parts, to have two steel circular symmetry to be welded on fluorescent tubes to form fins positive shap much like letter "H", so called H-fin tube. H-economizer widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, marine power, such as the tail of heat exchanger components.
• H-economizer flash resistance welding processes used, the welding seam after the high rate of fusion, weld tensile strength, and has good thermal conductivity. H-economizer can also manufacture dual tube "double H" type fin tubes, its rigid structure, and can be applied to a longer tube row occasion.
